Playful Connect with Floris Hovers
Designer and artist Floris Hovers shows Breda his fantasy city in the Grote Kerk. A city that is constantly moving, changing and growing. With this installation, Hovers shares his view on the urban, on architecture, color and the playful element he believes is so lacking in today’s society and world around us. The Grote Kerk Breda is a fitting location for his work. For centuries, the monument has also always been in motion. The church has been expanded, restored and artists add new work; during exhibitions or soon permanently on the facade. Today, the Grote Kerk Breda is a house of stories, where everyone is welcome to become acquainted with an innovative and diverse program. A program that links the stories of today to the centuries-old national monument and places them in a broader perspective.
