The Haven 7 property has a rich history, revealed by archaeological research from 1992. Originally part of Visserstraat 7 (early 15th century), the property split in 1851. It was occupied by lawyers, stewards and merchants. In 1875 the Catholic Circle bought the property, remodeled it extensively and in 1906 it became home to the Breda Men’s Choir and the authentic Spanish bar, Mariposa.
