Designer and artist Floris Hovers shows his fantasy city Playful Connect in Grote Kerk Breda.
A fantasy city that is actually constantly moving, changing and growing. With this city, Hovers shows his autonomous vision of the urban, of architecture, color and the playful aspect that he believes is so’s lacking in the current society and world around us.
On Saturday, Floris himself will be present and will give a presentation at 11:15 and 14:00. Playful Connect is open continuously both days from 11:00 – 17:00.
About Floris Hovers
Designer and artist Floris Hovers has built a colorful, playful and surprising body of work over the past sixteen years with a signature all his own. Floris Hovers graduated from the Design Academy and has since been an independent designer of a wide range of products: toys, furniture and other interior products and one-of-a-kind items. His designs are produced and marketed by himself or by reputable manufacturers.
Floris (1976) lives in Raamsdonk and works in Raamsdonksveer where he also grew up.Read more about his background and various works via his website.
