In turbulent times, we all seek comfort and a safe haven. This raises the question of how we can ensure a future for monuments that have symbolized care and dedication for two centuries. During this tour, you’ll discover this heritage up close. You’ll visit the former Merlinde, which began as the first general hospital and later served as a public health office. The route then takes you past the Elisabeth Chapel of the Franciscan Sisters of Charity, charming half-timbered houses, and a historic farmhouse where you’ll also take a look inside. The program is rounded out with a visit to the inspiring exhibition about the nursing sisters, titled Everything for Everyone.
