Habits, patterns, triggers.
Longing, nostalgia, surrender.
In the performance Aeola, a young woman surrenders to the unveiling of a memory stored deep within her body. Tears flow, arms tremble. Aeola explores nostalgia, the passing of sensations, and a deep connection to both an external source and the inner self.
While Noemi Calzavara, the seductress, demonstrates that what we perceive also perceives us, she invites the audience on a raw yet ethereal journey.
Aeola is named after Aeolus, the god of the wind.
